Our 2-Year Warranty

Every ELENCI watch comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to every customer and runs alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights as a consumer, which apply regardless of this warranty. The guarantor is ELENCI. 1. Our 2-Year Warranty: If a manufacturing defect appears within 2 years of delivery, we make it right through repair, replacement, or a refund, at our discretion. The warranty applies in every country we ship to. Contact support@elenci.nl with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video.

2. Your Statutory Rights: If you are a consumer, the law gives you rights that apply regardless of this warranty, including that goods must conform to their description and be free from defects at the time of delivery. In the EU these rights last at least 2 years. They cannot be limited or excluded.

3. What Is Covered: Movement failure, case or crown defects affecting function, crystal defects caused by internal failure, bracelet or clasp failure under normal use, and dial or hand defects present at delivery.

4. What Is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage such as drops or impacts, water damage, damage from improper use or storage, unauthorised modification or repair by a third party, and battery replacement on quartz models, and damage resulting from not following the care instructions in our Watch Care guide.

5. How to Make a Claim: Email support@elenci.nl with your order number, proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation), a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We respond within 2 business days with an assessment and next steps. Return shipping for valid claims is covered by ELENCI.

6. After Two Years: After the 2-year warranty period, we are still happy to help. Your statutory rights may continue after two years. In the Netherlands, statutory conformity rights do not have a fixed two-year end date; the expected lifespan and circumstances of the product matter. Contact us at support@elenci.nl and we will advise on options.

7. Your Rights Are Not Limited: Nothing in this policy limits or waives your statutory rights as a consumer. You may always rely on whichever protection is more favourable to you.
