Watch Care

A watch that's cared for holds its presence. A few habits keep yours running true and looking the way it did the day you first put it on.

Secure the crown
Always make sure the crown is fully screwed in and properly seated. This keeps the case sealed and protects the movement inside.

Avoid water and extreme heat
Do not submerge your watch or expose it to extreme heat. Sudden temperature changes or water exposure can cause condensation inside the case, affecting both the crystal and the movement.

Protect from corrosive substances
Keep your watch away from corrosive liquids, which can damage the case or other components. If contact happens, clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Regular maintenance
Schedule periodic servicing with a trusted watchmaker for cleaning and adjustment. Regular care keeps your timepiece precise for years to come.

Proper storage
When you're not wearing it, store your watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Avoid impacts
Handle your watch with care to prevent bumps that could damage the dial, crystal, or movement.

Warranty note
Improper use or failing to follow these care instructions may void your warranty. Questions? Reach our team at support@elenci.nl.
