GOT A QUESTION?

We've got the answer.

Everything you need to know before you order.

Yes. ELENCI watches draw from iconic silhouettes, that's intentional. They are original products, not replicas. No brand is copied, no trademark is infringed. We source every component new, assemble by hand, and sell directly. ELENCI is not affiliated with Seiko or any other watch brand.

No retail chain. No brand legacy. No logo tax. We design and assemble directly, so you pay for the watch, the movement, the sapphire crystal, the steel, not the name behind it.

The weight, the bracelet, the dial depth. Everything that photos don't fully show. Every watch is hand-assembled and quality-checked before it ships, if it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave.

Hand-assembled after your order. Assembly 2–4 days, quality check 1–3 days, shipping 4–8 days. Total: 7–15 calendar days.

14-day returns, no questions asked. Plus a 2-year warranty on every watch. If something isn't right, we make it right.

Yes. Built to live on your wrist, not sit in a drawer. Keep it away from water and swimming; see our Watch Care guide for tips.

Your watch arrives in a premium leather box with a free adjustment tool so you can fit the bracelet to your wrist from day one. No extra purchase needed.

The moment it hit my wrist I stopped scrolling. That was four months ago.

People at the office keep asking where I got it. I just say I found the right builder.
Verified Buyer, Germany

I've worn watches that cost 10 times this. The weight, the finish, the bracelet, it sits the same way. That says everything.

The box, the tool kit, the movement visible through the caseback. From the first second it felt considered.
Verified Buyer, France

Ordered it on a Tuesday. Wore it to a dinner on Friday. Haven't taken it off since.
